Dr. Mersereau and staff at the Cat Clinic of Fernandina have been wonderful to my cats. They are open and honest with communication, listen to concerns and ensure that they've been addressed. I have two fractious cats and the technicians and Dr. Mersereau are patient and kind, handling them safely and as stress-free as possible.
Recently one of my cats had an eye issue and I called, and they were able to squeeze us in as an 'urgent care' visit which I appreciate greatly. I would have understood as a single veterinarian practice if they would've said they were unable to see me and referred me to an emergency clinic, but thankfully they were able to make accommodations and we were in and out in no time. My cat's conjunctivitis was treated and he's on the way to recovery.
